Returns & Refunds
We want to make exchanging our products as easy as possible for you. Here we'll tell you how to do it and what you need to consider in order to receive a refund.
Important: In order to guarantee free returns, the products must be returned to us completely and in accordance with the DHL packing dimensions — ideally by shipping them in the original packaging.
1. Contact Support
Contact our support and let us know which product you would like to return.
You will then receive the return slips via email, so you can print these out yourself.
If you want to exchange the camping mattress, you will also receive a return package with a vacuum-seal bag so that you can pack it in a space-saving manner.
2. Prepare Return Shipment
Put all pieces of the product in their designated places in the original packaging. Make sure that everything is accounted for and all pieces are packed.
To shrink the mattress down to the correct shipping size, you have to vacuum seal it using a vacuum cleaner. Insert all mattress pieces (without the slatted frame) into the bag and close it carefully with the enclosed clip.
Place the vacuum cleaner hose at the opening of the bag and remove as much air as possible. After about 2 minutes, it should reach the proper packing size, so the mattress will fit into the box.
3. Shipping & Refund
Once you have placed the shipping labels on the corresponding boxes and the packages are well sealed, you are ready to return the package. You can take the package to a DHL shop of your choice.
As soon as we recieve the packages, we will check the condition of the products and initiate the refund.
Returns FAQ
How long do I have to exchange the products?
You have a 14-day refund period if our products do not fit in your vehicle or if you do not like them. If something breaks after that, you have a 2-year warranty, depending on how the damage occurred.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Returns are free of charge as long as you send the products in the correct DHL packaging dimensions. The easiest way is to keep the original box and use it for the return.
Can I return the products personally?
We would prefer if you send the products back to us via DHL. If you prefer a personal return, please contact us in advance as we want to guarantee that someone will be there.
