General Questions

Why should I buy these camping modules?
  • Your car becomes a camper in under 5 minutes.
  • You don't need any tools to set it up.
  • You don't have to permanently install anything in your car.
  • You can carry and set up the modules by yourself.
  • You can also use them at home, e.g. as a guest bed or outdoor kitchen.
Why are you called travel tiger?

We chose the name because the characteristics of tigers suit us perfectly. Tigers are wild, free, and courageous, and they adapt to their environment. This also applies to our products: They fit in perfectly with an individual's lifestyle and travel preferences. You can find out more about us and our mission on our team page.

Where do the products' names come from?

Our product names are words from the Cologne dialect. Since the products were designed and developed in Cologne, and because the team lives and works here, it was important to us that the connection to the area is reflected in our product names.

Where can I buy these camping modules?

You can order our camping modules on our online shop, and they will be with you in 3-5 business days, or you can make an appointment to visit us on site at our showroom in Cologne/Munich. You can also place an order when you visit our stand at one of the numerous stops on our roadshow.

Can I get a consultation?

We would be happy to advise you personally in our showroom in Cologne-Ehrenfeld or in Putzbrunn near Munich, Germany. We can also be found at many trade fairs and festivals as part of our roadshow. Come on by — we'll be happy to help you!

What is the best way to reach you?

Whether you prefer to clarify things in person or in writing, we're here for you! Reach out to us using our contact form and let us know whether we should write to you or call you. We will then get back to you as soon as possible. Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.!

What data of mine is stored?

We store your data to give you a better user experience. For example, we may collect data when you visit the website (e.g. what browser you use), including contact information (name, email address) or data necessary to process orders. Where is your customer service located?

Like our employees, our customer service team is based in our beautiful office in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. This is because we take customer service into our own hands and divide it up among our team. If you would like a consultation, make an appointment to pop by our showroom.

Placing an Order

How can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out to our support team — we will help you! There are no customer accounts on our website, so we will take care of it for you and edit your order directly in our system.

What payment methods are available?

You can use (almost) any payment method:

Are there financing options available?

Yes, there are! You can easily finance our micro camping furniture modules via Klarna and pay them off in small installments. The advantage: You don't have to wait to save up first, but you can head out on your adventure straight away.

Are there any additional costs?

No hidden costs here! What you see is what you get. The price you see includeds taxes AND shipping — if you live in Germany.

Warranty & Returns

What do I do if I don't like the camping modules?

Please write to our support team, stating your order number and that you would like to return the product. You can find out how to return products and what you need to keep in mind here .

What do I do if the module is damaged or parts are missing?

Please contact our support and tell us what is damaged or missing. We have some spare parts in stock that we can send you. Or we may replace the entire module if that makes more sense. Together we will definitely find a solution.

How does the return process work?

Returning an item takes just a few steps. We have summarised exactly how to proceed and what you need to bear in mind here.

How much time do I have to return the item?

You have a cancellation period of 14 days if you don't like the camping modules and want to exchange them. You can find more information about returns here .

What do I do if a part of the product breaks?

Depending on how the damage occurred, you have a 2-year warranty. Write to our support and we will take a look at the case in detail.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We deliver free of charge to every German address! If your shipping address is outside of Germany, contact us and we will see what we can do.

How do the camping modules get to me?

We ship our modules via DHL. If you can, it's best to look at the shipment tracking and stay at home when the package is due to arrive. The package should usually arrive in 3-5 business days. You can always find current information on delivery times on the respective product detail page.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

No, shipping is included in our prices! That's really something special, most manufacturers add a lot of shipping costs on top.

How can I see the shipping status of my order?

After your purchase, you will automatically receive email updates from us about your order status. When the package is on its way, we will inform you and give you your tracking number. You can use this to see where your package is currently located on the DHL website.

Can I use a DHL Packstation as a delivery address?

Unfortunately, no, you can't. Our packages don't fit into any of the compartments due to their size. Therefore it's best if you're at home when the delivery arrives.

What happens if there are problems or delays with shipping?

Write to our support if you were unable to find out anything using the tracking number on the DHL website. We will work together to find out where your package is.
